• Basketball was the leading sport for injuries among teens and young adults, while those 25 or older were frequently hurt in activities such as biking, golfing, bowling or racket sports according to the CDC. Since Santé provides all three basic rehabilitation therapies, the company can proactively respond to customers’ needs and introduce appropriate specialty programs. Our Sports Program and Fitness & Exercise Program are designed for the sports enthusiast.

• Sports Program – promotes a safe return to pre-injury sports performance for the injured athlete. Together with the therapist, a comprehensive training program addresses power, flexibility, balance, stabilization and coordination concerns.

• Fitness and Exercise Programs – allow former patients and others to exercise under the indirect supervision of knowledgeable therapy staff. A customized workout program is developed to improve fitness, strength and self-esteem. Our popular exercise program has helped individuals of all ages achieve their fitness goals using a balanced approach that fits their busy lifestyle.
