| Santé’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is designed to help these patients improve their daily lives and regain their independence. In addition to patients diagnosed with COPD, patients suffering from these chronic lung conditions could also benefit from the pulmonary training: interstitial diseases, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, thoracic cage abnormalities, neuromuscular disorders, lung transplant and lung reduction candidates. Our trained
physical therapists work closely with the physician to develop a patient-specific
plan designed to achieve optimal outcomes. Depending on the patient’s
