Ethics

Each person who accepts a position with Santé Rehabilitation Group as a provider of health care accepts obligation to comply with certain guidelines for ethical behavior.

Employees are bound to observe, in their official acts, the highest standards of morality and to faithfully and legally discharge the duties of their position. No employee will ever be expected to act in any way to breech the law, nor should any employee permit or require any other employee to do so.

No board member or employee shall engage in any business or transaction, have a financial interest, direct or indirect, which is not compatible with fully objective judgment in the performance of his or her duties, consistent with recognized proper and appropriate moral and legal standards of practice. Employees who believe they may have a conflict of interest must report the issues to their supervisor. The administration will make all final decisions regarding conflict of interest. Board members will disclose any potential conflicts immediately to the Board and refrain from voting on an issue as requested by the Board. Violation of code of ethics will be grounds for immediate termination.
