Established
in 1988, Santé Rehabilitation Group
(Santé), is the most recognized and respected provider of outpatient
physical and rehabilitative therapies in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San
Antonio, El Paso and surrounding areas. Our mission is to be, without
exception, the most competitive outpatient rehabilitation provider in
each community we serve. Santé has distinguished itself as a four-time
winner of THE DALLAS 100 (presented by The CEO Institute and The Caruth
Institute of Owner-Managed Business at Southern Methodist University)
and a recipient of the Fort Worth Chamber and the James A. Ryffel Center
for Entrepreneurial Studies at Texas Christian University’s Small
Business of the Year Award.
Santé Rehabilitation
Group includes Santé Rehabilitation
Centers for adult outpatient physical and rehabilitative
therapies and Santé
Pediatric Services which provides physical,
occupational and speech therapies to pediatric patients with medical
and developmntal delay at home, school, daycare or our pediatric clinic.
Working under the direction of the patient’s physician, our therapists
develop and implement an appropriate, patient-specific treatment plan.
Core
Therapies
•
Physical Therapy –
minimizes physical disabilities, maximizes physical mobility and restores
normal movements.
•
Occupational Therapy –
enhances the patients’ upper extremity function and ability to
perform self-care tasks.
•
Speech and Language Pathology –
restores and improves speech, articulation and swallowing.
Adult Specialty
Programs
•
Industrial Rehabilitation
Program and Testing –
Our Industrial Rehabilitation RN Case Manager plays a critical role
in cost-effectively managing all aspects of treatment, from admission
to return-to-work. Santé’s CARF accredited program integrates
those components critical to controlling direct and indirect costs from
work-related injuries: job site analysis, acute rehabilitation, work
hardening, work conditioning and return-to-work strategies. The Company
offers different tests to assist employers in objectively managing injury-related
costs, including post-employment/pre-placement and Functional Capacity
Evaluation (FCE).
•
Chronic
Pain Management Program – Our CARF accredited multidisciplinary
program assists chronic pain patients to overcome their pain and resume
a productive life. Disciplines include a rehabilitation physician, biofeedback,
physical therapy, massage therapy, vocational counseling, spiritual
counseling, nutritional counseling, and psychological services. Three
intensity levels are available to meet the injured worker’s needs:
Comprehensive, Modified, and Basic.
• Women’s Health
Program – combines treatments and therapies designed
to address the unique health issues facing women of all ages, from adolescence
through senior years.
• Peripheral Neuropathy
Program – involves physical and occupational therapies
and new FDA-approved technology to reduce chronic pain, improve the
patient’s ability to walk, decrease fall frequency, improve wound
healing and minimize amputation
• Sports Program
– assists a safe return to pre-injury sports performance for the
injured athlete. Together with the therapist, our comprehensive training
program addresses power, flexibility, balance, stabilization and coordination
issues.
• Fitness and Exercise
Programs – allow former patients and others to exercise
under the indirect supervision of knowledgeable therapy staff. A customized
workout program is developed to improve fitness, strength and self-esteem.
Our popular exercise program has helped individuals of all ages achieve
their fitness goals using a balanced approach that fits their busy lifestyle.
Santé
Pediatric Services
As a licensed
home care provider, Santé’s pediatric programs are Joint
Commission accredited and Medicaid certified. Our therapists are experienced
in evaluating and treating children with developmental, speech or cognitive
delays, physical disabilities, sensory and motor delays, bone and joint
injuries, muscle disorders, and medical equipment needs. Every day,
our skilled, trained staff work with over 1,000 pediatric patients from
one month old to 21 years old in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, El
Paso and surrounding areas. Santé welcomes patients from ECI,
Head Start and most insurance plans.
