Since 1996, Santé has participated in FOTO™, the country’s largest, independent risk adjusted rehabilitation outcomes database of more than 600 providers. Benchmarking and managing its patient base against an objective, external data reporting systems enables Santé to improve both the Company’s quality of care and therapy cost-effectiveness. Successful therapy protocols, at-risk populations and potentially problematic aspects of rehabilitation are identified and proactively managed.

Value Index Graph

• Value Index: Change Score / Average Net Revenue

The FOTO Value Index represents the functional physical improvement per dollar cost to payer. A Higher Score indicates more physical functional change per dollar spent on treatment.
UTILIZATION INDEX    
Utilization Index Graph
• Utilization Index

measures the percent of functional change per visit. Again, the higher the score, the better.
PATIENT SATISFACTION PERCENT

• Patient Satisfaction
represents the average score from all the satisfaction questions answered by the patient. The range can be from zero to 100%. A higher score is a better score.
What time period do these reports cover?
Santé’s reports cover a rolling 12-month data set. For example, the First Quarter report includes all patients discharged between April 1, 2004 and March 31, 2005.

What do the graphs for Santé and FOTO represent?
Santé is the data gathered from all Santé clinics. FOTO is the National Aggregate in FOTO’s database.
